<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\nThe Turkey Burner Total Gym Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n Maria Sollon, MS, CSCS, PES<\/strong><\/p>\n Let\u2019s carve out a moment for something we often overlook during the holiday season~ the simple joy of moving our bodies!<\/p>\n This season, I invite you to take a little space for yourself, reset your energy, and celebrate your strength with two special Thanksgiving workout challenges: one on your Total Gym and one completely equipment-free. Do one, do both, or sprinkle them into your week\u2026 whatever feels right for you and your schedule. Just show up, and be grateful for you.<\/p>\n These challenges are my way of saying thank you <\/strong>~ to your body for showing up, to your effort for carrying you through, and to this amazing Total Gym community that we get to be part of together.<\/p>\n GIVE PLANKS CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/p>\n This is a quick, fiery core flow that keeps you honest and connected from head to toe. Directions: <\/strong><\/p>\n Give Planks Exercises:<\/strong><\/p>\n Plank Form Tips:<\/strong> TURKEY BURNER TOTAL GYM CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/p>\n A holiday-themed full-body burner that\u2019s perfect for any schedule. Do a single round, or add more if you\u2019re feeling ambitious!
